Room costs have been updated to include 4 more rooms: Casino, Prison, Torture Chamber, and Graveyard. The room sizes only go up to the size that is required to recruit a new creature.
The Vampire needs a 15x15 Torture Chamber, so that last upgrade will require 29 spaces and 188,500 gold!! To store that much gold, you're going to need a whopping 44x44 Treasure Chamber. That's going to cost you 87 spaces and only 17,400 gold. (all costs assume that you do NOT have any premiums activated)
Isn't that wonderful? Just keep in mind that there are still 2 more creatures PAST the Vampire.

Does the 11*11 Arena provides extra training slot?

No, you can get a total of 4 training slots from the Arena (and 8 training slots from the Training Room).
Kayo made a comment in one of his posts in the English forums...something like he built an 11x11 arena to see if he could get higher than level 15 creatures. The bigger Arena did not give extra training slots or access to higher levels.
